Job Description

Sales Engineer showcasing TENADO CAD software for Revalize, which provides AI-forward CPQ, PLM, and design solutions to manufacturing businesses. Supporting consultative sales through demos, technical guidance, and ROI-focused proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored demonstrations of TENADO CAD solutions
  • Review value-based discovery sessions and design demos aligned with customers’ critical business challenges and measurable outcomes
  • Provide technical expertise and product guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop and present value-based solution proposals articulating ROI and strategic benefits
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams for alignment and seamless hand-offs
  • Support the sales team with technical inquiries and pre-sales troubleshooting
  • Ensure prospects are a good fit for the solution
  • Identify opportunities for automation and innovation within client workflows
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records for reporting and forecasting
  • Attend industry events and conferences for live presentations as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales role, or 3+ years of practical experience using CAD or similar design software
  • Proven ability to conduct technical demonstrations and articulate complex solutions clearly and in a business-focused manner
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and trade events
  • Experience selling or supporting CAD solutions, PLM, CPQ, or related manufacturing software preferred
  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and consultative sales practices preferred
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows, design processes, and Industry 4.0 trends preferred
  • Prior pre-sales experience in an international or mid-market software organization preferred
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences preferred
  • Exposure to AI-driven technology and automation trends within the design/manufacturing space preferred
  • Qualified applicants must complete a 30-minute online assessment
