Job Description

Closer role at Elifegroup, specializing in digital consumer services sales. Engaging leads and managing strategic sales processes remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales meetings with qualified leads, performing in-depth discovery and understanding business needs;
  • Present solutions in a consultative manner, linking the client’s challenges to Elife’s offerings;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms, pricing and scope;
  • Work strategically to advance opportunities through the sales funnel to closure;
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR team and other departments involved in the commercial process;
  • Ensure clear, well-structured handovers of new clients to the operations and post-sale teams;
  • Maintain and update the CRM with strategic information about negotiations and opportunities;
  • Provide insights to continuously improve the sales process, sales messaging and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Closer, Sales Executive or Hunter, preferably in B2B;
  • Experience with consultative selling and negotiating medium- to high-value solutions;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to deliver sales presentations and handle objections;
  • Knowledge of sales funnel concepts and pipeline management;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools;
  • Preferred: experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, CX or digital services.
