Job Description
Sales Manager/Business Development Associate responsible for lead generation and client engagement for SEHYOG's tutoring services. Role involves converting leads into enrolled customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Client engagement and sales conversion
- Conduct outbound calls and consultations
- Schedule demos and trial sessions
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Coordinate with academic teams for student onboarding
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to convert leads into enrolled students
- Experience in counseling parents regarding student admissions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (UK English preferred)
- Hand-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
