Job Description

Sales Manager overseeing the full sales cycle for heat pumps. Engaging with customers remotely and fostering positive relationships through digital communication.

Responsibilities:

  • You take ownership of the complete sales process — from the first meeting to closing — and excite customers about our products and services.
  • You’re eager to showcase your skills in conversations and turn proposals into actual deals.
  • Cold calling? Not required! Most of your meetings take place digitally and exclusively with pre-qualified leads.
  • Your communication not only ensures satisfied customers but turns them into advocates.
  • Your empathetic approach builds trust, increases referral rates, and brings more people to us.
  • Your workspace is fully digital, equipped with a smart CRM and modern tools.

Requirements:

  • Initial sales experience (1–2 years), ideally in selling more complex technical products.
  • Willingness and motivation to acquire technical knowledge about heat pumps to advise customers competently.
  • You are communicative, personable, and a true team player.
  • You are highly self-motivated, enjoy achieving targets, and approach every conversation with enthusiasm.
  • A hands-on mentality is part of who you are — you take initiative and work collaboratively with your team.
