Job Description

Sales Manager leading a remote sales team, driving revenue growth for a UK employer. Ideal for organized South African professionals comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Handle pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance coaching for team members
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, CRM data, and revenue reports

Requirements:
