Job Description
Sales Manager leading a remote sales team, driving revenue growth for a UK employer. Ideal for organized South African professionals comfortable with remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Handle pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance coaching for team members
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, CRM data, and revenue reports
- Use relevant tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales enablement platforms
- Support the wider business with territory planning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
- Identify opportunities to grow the sales pipeline and improve close rates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple sales priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
