Job Description
Sales Manager for Energy sector at Vaisala, enhancing growth in the EMEA region. Collaborates with partners and key accounts, driving sales and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Increase growth and profitability of our Energy business unit in the Central EMEA region
- Close collaboration with the direct sales team
- Development and support of the dealer network
- Support and management of key accounts
- Analysis of new markets
- Management and coordination of activities with international key accounts
- Communicate market requirements and customer feedback to the product management team
- Define and align marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing and business management teams
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in international systems and solutions sales and in channel management
- Experience with power transformers is an advantage
- Excellent ability to understand and capture customer needs
- High energy and a strong passion for sales and growth
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business field
