Job Description
Sales Manager overseeing the complete sales cycle, aligning with project teams and client success. Driving value-added sales leveraging Salesforce and technical solutions for organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with project and customer success teams, and closing contracts that ensure recurring revenue and deliver value-added solutions to customers.
- Works at the intersection of technology, business processes and corporate objectives.
- Identify complex business challenges within organizations, and define the sales cycle strategy together with the technical project team, leveraging the Salesforce platform and technological solutions available within Grupo AIR and partner companies to generate tangible, measurable and sustainable value.
Requirements:
- Prospecting and demand generation for Salesforce solutions in specific industry verticals.
- Full ownership of the sales cycle (from lead to opportunity closure) for named accounts and new clients.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into solutions from the Salesforce ecosystem and partner offerings that meet those requirements.
- Skilled at delivering executive presentations and building ROI, TCO and reference case narratives.
- Competence in preparing price quotations, commercial proposals and responses to RFI/RFP processes, and ability to collaborate with the project team to build technical scopes.
- Close collaboration with pre-sales, solution engineering, project teams and partners to develop a multi-cloud solution vision.
- Conduct complex commercial negotiations, including price, commercial terms, SLAs, NDAs and related topics.
- Responsible for upsell, cross-sell and contract renewals within the existing customer base.
- Accountable for meeting sales quotas.
