Job Description

Sales Operations Manager managing EU/UK SaaS partnerships for Sumsub’s digital trust platform. Overseeing accounts, onboarding, renewals, prospecting, and client feature adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts from onboarding to renewal
  • Manage and guide clients on technical, business, and product matters in collaboration with other teams
  • Prepare quotes, agreements, and NDAs
  • Ensure smooth and quick client onboarding
  • Research and identify potential prospects based on strategy development aspects
  • Maintain targeted outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Source meetings with key prospects
  • Introduce clients to new features
  • Handle new feature releases

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated account management experience in sales in B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services/compliance/crypto
  • CRM pipeline management
  • Notion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced and developing startup environment
  • Ambitious and willing to grow within a sales team
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-organised
  • Ability to work during EU business hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the team’s core working hours
