Job Description

Collection Specialist contacting clients for outstanding payments. Role involves maintaining relationships while ensuring timely payments from clients in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients and collect outstanding payments
  • Communicate professionally with customers to encourage timely payments
  • Maintain trustful relationships while ensuring payments are made

Requirements:

  • At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts or at least 1 year of BPO - Sales experience in US accounts
  • Capable of using dialers
  • Proven account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Operating System - At least Windows 11 OS installed
  • Processor - At least a 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher)
  • Memory (RAM) - Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Storage - At least 80 GB free hard drive space
  • Noise Cancelling Headset with microphone
  • Webcam
  • Internet access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted)
