Job Description

Abbott diabetes-care sales representative promoting FreeStyle Libre across Landshut, Neustadt/Donau, Erding and Waldkraiburg. Managing accounts, customer relationships and regional sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and discuss the innovative FreeStyle Libre glucose product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem to maximize revenue
  • Strategically analyze assigned accounts and develop the sales strategy
  • Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular customer visits and various communication channels
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape
  • Report through the CRM system and derive appropriate sales initiatives
  • Work closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective regional key opinion leader (KOL) management

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial field sales experience in a medical technology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG company; alternatively, recent university graduates with a strong interest in sales
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive effective sales initiatives
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of digital applications and processes
  • Results-oriented, structured, and resilient approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a winning mindset
  • Team player with a high degree of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to operate confidently in a rapidly changing and highly competitive market
  • Very good command of German and English
