Job Description

District Sales Manager driving multi-million-dollar grain-system revenue through dealer development and new product adoption. Managing territories across Arkansas, Texas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver $20–$40M in annual revenue within an assigned territory
  • Manage a defined set of accounts and/or geographic region
  • Track performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
  • Use data to prioritize activities and improve decision-making
  • Communicate territory performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20–40 dealers
  • Build relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key decision-makers
  • Improve dealer performance through engagement, coaching, and alignment with company priorities
  • Support annual dealer planning, goal setting, growth initiatives, and performance expectations
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and position new dealers for success
  • Increase product penetration within existing dealers
  • Analyze dealer performance to uncover gaps and growth opportunities
  • Drive dealer accountability to expand commitment and results
  • Lead in-territory rollout and adoption of new products
  • Ensure dealers are trained, equipped, and promoting new offerings
  • Provide structured field feedback to improve product-market fit and execution
  • Report to a Sales Manager and support broader regional and national sales objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales or territory management experience
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory
  • Experience working with dealer or distribution networks strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage both small operators and larger, more complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Travel within the designated territory and occasional travel to manufacturing and engineering sites
  • Expected travel of 50%–80%
