Responsibilities:

  • Own demo-to-deal conversion and regional revenue for Hyderabad across the live portfolio.

  • Close D2C / EduPreneur deals over calls or demos between field visits.
  • Generate institutional leads within the territory and route them through ISM for qualification and CRM logging.
  • Assist the channel team with distributor introductions and outbound/channel support while the channel lane owns the distributor relationship and revenue.
  • Maintain certification on 3–4 priority products and involve Product Enablement for products beyond the current certification set.
  • Keep pipeline, demo activity, and outcomes current in the CRM for conversion tracking by Demand Operations.
  • Build relationships with schools and education decision-makers across the Hyderabad region.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years in field sales / B2B institutional sales, ideally selling into schools, colleges, or to education buyers.
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • A proven closing record — measured on deals closed, not meetings held.
  • Strong in-person demo and presentation skills; able to hold a room of decision-makers and move them to a decision.
  • Deep knowledge of the Hyderabad region, including schools, buying cycles, decision-makers, and access methods.
  • Discipline with CRM and pipeline data; ability to keep numbers honest and current.

  • Preferred: Comfort closing across both in-person and remote channels.
  • Preferred: Exposure to a structured certification or enablement process.
