Job Description

Sales Specialist responsible for converting Brink's customers to Digital Retail Solutions. Driving strategic results in business development within retail sector while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector
  • converting the existing customer base at Brink’s from traditional armored solution into a Digital Retail Solution
  • achieving sales objectives consistent with company growth strategy
  • creating learning and development programs in collaboration with sales enablement leaders
  • training sales reps to solution sell DRS and drive home the value prop
  • evaluating existing processes and sales resources

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience selling and managing a premium in the relevant market
