Job Description

Remote Sales Specialist managing patient calls and driving sales for medical products at Convatec. Collaborating with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Conduct NNS calls to new patients, including sending samples, tracking satisfaction, and preparing regular reports.
  • Promote and sell Convatec products, ensuring acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives such as Meetings with ostomy patients and webinars.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
