Job Description
Remote Sales Specialist managing patient calls and driving sales for medical products at Convatec. Collaborating with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct NNS calls to new patients, including sending samples, tracking satisfaction, and preparing regular reports.
- Promote and sell Convatec products, ensuring acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives such as Meetings with ostomy patients and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records and manage activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales skills and ability to influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong motivation, accountability, and goal orientation.
- Enthusiasm, perseverance, and a proactive approach.
