Job Description
Salesforce Marketing Consultant optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions for a global enterprise program. Focused on customer engagement, marketing automation, and CRM alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Configure and manage Journey Builder , Email Studio, and Automation Studio
- Build responsive email templates using Content Builder and AMPscript
- Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with Sales Cloud teams to ensure CRM and marketing alignment
- Support campaign analytics, optimisation, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM , and data governance standards
Requirements:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Salesforce integrations experience
- HTML / CSS and AMPscript
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Copado)
- Experience with backup tools (e.g. OwnBackup)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
