Job Description

Senior Partner Manager expanding meistro’s distributor and B2B partner network. Developing energy-market sales strategies and driving sustainable revenue growth across Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage, develop, and expand a Germany-wide network of distributors, sales agents, and other B2B sales partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new sales partners
  • Develop joint sales and growth strategies to sustainably increase revenue and market share
  • Advise and support partners on products, services, sales processes, and market requirements
  • Develop and implement partner programs, sales campaigns, and incentive and activation initiatives
  • Analyze sales metrics and derive specific measures to optimize performance
  • Conduct regular business reviews, strategy meetings, and annual planning sessions with partners
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service
  • Monitor market and competitive developments in the energy sector and derive recommendations for action
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the product and service portfolio through market and partner feedback
  • Prepare business cases, proposals, presentations, and contract documents
  • Ensure transparent reporting of relevant partner and sales KPIs

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Partner Management, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales—ideally in the energy sector or a comparable environment
  • Experience managing and developing sales partners, distributors, or sales agencies
  • Demonstrated success in expanding business relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business models, and partner structures
  • High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong results orientation
  • Confident negotiation skills and a compelling presence at executive level
  • Analytical approach and proficiency in working with KPIs and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany, including on weekends
  • Knowledge of the energy sector, particularly B2B sales structures, is an advantage
