Job Description
Senior Account Manager fostering strong client relationships and developing digital marketing strategies at Scorpion Enterprises. Collaborating with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals.
- Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, Scorpion systems and brand specifics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client success.
- Manage client budgets efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- 2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
