Job Description
Senior Account Strategist owning client delivery and project management in a remote marketing agency. Focused on B2B SaaS and Financial Services with high-quality execution and client relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own its execution
- Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication
- Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels
- Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips
- Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities
- Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency
- Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs
- Project management experience (formal or informal)
- Expert-level experience in at least one of the following: Email & Marketing Automation, Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social (LinkedIn and/or Meta), HubSpot and/or RevOps
- Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and responsive
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mentality
- Comfortable managing ambiguity
- Resilient and determined
- Motivated to challenge themselves and continuously learn.
