Job Description
Analista de Rotinas Administrativas Sr at Spread Tecnologia facilitating project management and administrative oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control managerial obligations and commitments
- Plan and coordinate the execution and follow-up of management review meetings
- Participate in internal meetings and briefings
- Coordinate with PETROBRAS HR on actions related to personnel movements
- Draft formal documents using corporate tools
- Consolidate and maintain records in PETROBRAS tools and systems
- Manage process and deadline controls
- Plan the periodic issuance of performance bulletins
- Support the management of documented procedures
- Support the management of idea and improvement programs
- Support annual budget planning and monitoring
- Populate, consolidate, and monitor cost management systems
- Participate in the preparation of work and development plans
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects' physical and financial resources
- Support control and monitoring of fixed assets
- Develop and provide support for Power BI dashboards
- Support the preparation of documents in English
- Support procurement activities for goods and services
- Other ancillary activities related to the position
Requirements:
- Professional experience in activities related to HSE management for the oil & gas industry and project management
- Bachelor's degree with a duly registered diploma
