Job Description
Sr. Associate in Accounts Payable at WNS in Mumbai. Role involves managing accounts payable processes, reporting, and team checks.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Quality checks as per sampling strategy
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting
- Maintain customer complaints and perform RCA and initiate Corrective action
- Providing effective feedback to all processers
- Working on Bottom performers to bring them up
- Conduct Team hurdles to update on Quality related issues
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in Accounts Payable
- good communication skils
- Should be okay with NIGHT SHIFTS
- well versed with Finance & Accounting functional knowledge in PTP
- Understanding of F&A business flow
- Knowledge of Invoice Processing
- Knowledge of Vendor Master data
- Knowledge of Travel and Expense
- BCOM Graduate
