Job Description
Director level HR Executive Search professional at Modern Executive Solutions focusing on senior HR leadership roles. Managing complex searches and overseeing first-round assessments in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches.
- Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments.
- Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions.
- Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations.
- Mentor Associates and Associate Directors.
- Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution.
- Manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in executive search, particularly in HR leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex searches and a strong understanding of the HR function.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in candidate evaluations.
- Strong research and market mapping skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and execution.
