Job Description

Senior Business Analyst modeling business processes and developing LMS training materials for Gainwell Technologies. Supporting healthcare solution implementations, operational readiness, and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and validate current- and future-state business process models, workflows, process documentation, and supporting materials
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, product teams, and project teams
  • Gather requirements, document business processes, and assess operational impacts
  • Analyze process gaps, dependencies, risks, data touchpoints, and downstream impacts
  • Recommend improvements supporting efficient operations and successful implementations
  • Review system data, SQL-based extracts, database relationships, and business scenarios for process validation and operational readiness
  • Align process documentation, training content, and readiness materials with approved requirements and solution design
  • Collaborate on implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, user readiness, and adoption of new processes
  • Manage assigned work independently, communicate project status and risks, and deliver within established timelines
  • Translate processes, requirements, system functionality, and procedures into training and readiness materials
  • Develop and maintain job aids, training guides, process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, and enablement resources
  • Document role-based workflows, user access considerations, security impacts, and training requirements
  • Review deliverables for clarity, consistency, traceability, accuracy, and compliance with standards
  • Contribute to templates, standards, reusable assets, lessons learned, and knowledge repositories
  • Provide guidance, peer review, and knowledge sharing to less experienced analysts, modelers, and training resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, business process modeling, operational readiness, training development, system implementation, or related disciplines
  • Experience developing process models, workflow documentation, SOPs, training materials, job aids, and other business enablement deliverables
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, clients, and technical teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements, system functionality, and operational procedures into clear documentation and training content
  • Working knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, public-sector operations, or similar enterprise environments preferred
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work independently
  • Understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, data structures, data relationships, and system data
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including data validation, query interpretation, and analysis of business process impacts
  • Familiarity with user access, security roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to organize and communicate complex information clearly and appropriately for the audience
  • Strong collaboration skills across business, technical, project, product, and training teams
  • High attention to detail, quality, consistency, and traceability
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support process improvement, implementation, user readiness, and change adoption initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client or team support
  • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
  • Photo required during screening for verification throughout recruitment
  • Stable internet connection and quiet location required for screenings, interviews, and meetings
