Job Description
Senior recruiter building clinical and corporate talent pipelines for Colla Health, which provides behavioral healthcare to cancer patients. Partnering with founders and hiring leaders to scale virtual, oncology-integrated mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance for clinical and corporate positions
- Recruit Behavioral Health Care Managers, Psychiatric Consultants, Outreach & Engagement Specialists, and other critical business functions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets
- Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of behavioral health professionals across multiple states
- Build relationships with passive candidates and create long-term talent communities
- Use market intelligence to anticipate hiring trends and workforce challenges
- Advise founders and hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions
- Help define role requirements, interview strategies, and selection criteria
- Maintain a high hiring bar and challenge hiring managers when necessary
- Represent Colla Health throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and transparent candidate experience
- Build relationships that strengthen Colla Health’s employer brand within the behavioral health community
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience required; behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, including LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, or similar provider types
- Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements and multi-state healthcare recruiting
- Success recruiting within startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organizations
- Ability to proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive markets
- Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence hiring decisions as a trusted talent advisor
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create structure where little exists
- Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Sense of urgency balanced with commitment to exceptional talent
- Passion for building high-performing teams in a growing healthcare organization
