Job Description
Part-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting Developers, Solution Architects, Designers, and other technical profiles. Managing end-to-end hiring for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and engineering roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and define recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently
- Strong sourcing and direct search skills
- Experience recruiting Developers, Solution Architects, Designers, or similar technical profiles
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- English at C1 level
- Proactive, organised, and ownership-driven approach
- Previous experience working in an international environment would be an advantage
