Job Description
Virtual high-volume RPO recruiter managing 20-30+ requisitions for a leading media, telecommunications, and technology organization. Partnering with hiring managers to deliver qualified talent and exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting desk across multiple openings simultaneously
- Oversee and prioritize 20-30+ requisitions at any given time while ensuring timely delivery of qualified talent
- Partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support
- Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
- Balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands in a fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates
- Work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting established recruiting goals and deadlines
- Collaborate with recruiting team members and cross-functional partners to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Drive recruitment processes with urgency, organization, and attention to detail
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
Requirements:
- High-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to manage 20-30+ requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
