Job Description
Senior Consultant optimizing IT-Portfolio with a focus on IT-Services and assets at a consulting firm in Germany. Leading IT-Sourcing projects and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets to ensure a future-ready use of IT
- Improve service delivery to create business value and support the successful introduction and further development of IT services
- Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization
- Optionally, you may assume technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements:
- University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management
- Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong sense for the interface between IT and the business
- Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify relationships, combined with high self-motivation and a conscientious working style
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent)
