Job Description
Senior Consultant developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform for clients in digital transformation. Focusing on automation, AI integrations, and project management in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze requirements and derive technical concepts
- Design and implement solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop AI-assisted copilots and agents
- Develop tailored business applications and AI-centric solutions
- Independently deliver projects using Scrum or Kanban
- Train clients on the Power Platform and AI use cases
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Smart Work service portfolio
Requirements:
- Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and ideally Dataverse
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and the design/implementation of AI-powered copilots and agent-based solutions
- Ability to conduct structured requirements gathering and solution design
- Strong communication skills in German and English
