Job Description
Senior Director of HR Operations overseeing HR functions for The Princeton Review. Driving excellence across HR Operations while championing a culture of equity and inclusion in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR Operations including payroll, HRIS, compliance, employee data integrity
- Lead and develop the HRBP team
- Design and implement HR policies and systems
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders
- Drive total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated leadership in HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Total Rewards
- Experience as an HR Business Partner
- Expertise in building equitable HR programs for distributed multi-state workforces
- Strong analytical skills with data and reporting
- Proven ability to coach leaders and navigate complex employee relations issues
