Job Description
Senior District Manager overseeing client engagement and mortgage strategies in British Columbia. Leading sales teams and driving business growth within the Greater Vancouver Area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the client experience and client engagement model
- Ensure all customer facing activities support the client experience
- Own the district's market strategy and business plan
- Build key relationships and support in capturing new customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of People Management experience
- Proven success in sales leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in mortgage lending
- Bachelor's degree or community college diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred
