Job Description

Growth marketing leader owning email, CDP, and omnichannel acquisition for Continu ed, an EdTech company. Driving segmentation, automation, compliance, and revenue-focused analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audience segment buildout within the licensed platform, including audience traits, event taxonomy, identity resolution rules, and integration architecture with ESPs and downstream channels
  • Own the email marketing program end-to-end, including campaign strategy, segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Establish and enforce data hygiene standards, CAN-SPAM and other compliance protocols, and unsubscribe/suppression management
  • Collaborate with the data team on subscriber data governance, including data collection, storage, and flow across the stack
  • Align CDP data structures with the broader data roadmap and migration project
  • Drive an omnichannel strategy aligning direct mail logistics with digital campaigns for consistent targeting, personalization, and suppression
  • Lead AI automation adoption across email and direct mail, including send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics
  • Manage reporting dashboards connecting channel engagement to renewal rates and revenue contribution
  • Evaluate and recommend MarTech tooling for channel expansion and automation maturity
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on email and CDP capabilities
  • Manage one or more team members
  • Report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with data, growth marketing, product, brand, and data automation teams

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP; Twilio Segment preferred
  • Direct experience with a marketing automation platform, specifically Marketo or HubSpot; Klayvio, Customer.io, or equivalent also applicable
  • Ability to design and execute segmentation strategies using first-party behavioral and transactional data
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other privacy regulations, email deliverability best practices, and list hygiene management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, and product teams
  • Direct mail program experience or exposure to omnichannel orchestration
  • Experience in a subscription or auto-renew business model
  • Active, hands-on use of AI tools in a marketing workflow
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive vertical such as healthcare, education, or financial services
  • Solid familiarity with Marketo
  • Ability to work from home during core US business hours
  • Must be located in the United States
