Job Description
Senior HR Manager responsible for scaling people operations across Middle East in fast-scaling SaaS environment, with deep Saudi labor law knowledge required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle for the Middle East team
- Serve as the subject matter expert on KSA Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies
- Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s mission
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and localized compensation benchmarking
- Implement structured performance review cycles, career pathing, and professional development initiatives
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of HR experience
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity within KSA
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and digital workflow tools
