Job Description
Senior HRIS Analyst managing and optimizing HRIS while ensuring data integrity and providing reports. Join a women-led energy firm focused on impactful clean energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data
- provide strategic insights through advanced reporting and system analysis
- oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning
- troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, working with IT support and system vendors as necessary
- conduct system testing and quality assurance for new features, updates, and integrations
- design, develop, and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and organizational leaders
- ensure data integrity and accuracy across HRIS systems by performing regular audits and validation
- partner with HR, IT, and other departments to align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HRIS or project management certifications) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role, with significant experience in major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or UKG Ready/Pro.
- Experience working within ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, Workable and/or Engagedly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in system implementation, data management, reporting, and project management.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
- Exposure and knowledge on Oracle Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Management, and Project is a plus.
- Knowledgeable on ServiceNow platform and KnowledgeBase
- Experience in well-structured high functioning HRIS teams.
- Able to work Central Time Zone hours.
