Job Description
Territory Sales - Inside Sales Representative - Senior providing sales support for Cummins products. Responsible for converting demand into revenue and driving new business development in Dedham, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support for Cummins products and/or services throughout the sales cycle.
- Convert demand into revenue by handling inbound prospect calls and qualifying opportunities.
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach, cold-calling, and lead generation.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Accelerate the sales cycle by managing quotes, RFPs, and negotiations.
- Enhance operational accuracy by maintaining clean customer data and precise sales entry.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing escalated inquiries and recommending solutions.
- Improve cross-functional alignment by coordinating with Sales, Operations, and other departments.
- Elevate team performance.
Requirements:
- University or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
- Prior experience required.
- Experience as a quote analyst or another sales support function desirable.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Experience with customer relationship management software desirable.
- Experience with other software-based sales and business tools desirable.
