Job Description
Senior Key Account Manager handling key accounts in the pulp and paper sector for Solenis. Building customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and delivering technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key customer accounts across your territory
- Deliver technical support and optimise treatment programmes to improve performance
- Identify and win new business and application opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Drive profitability through pricing, performance, and account management
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver on growth targets
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to meet customer and market needs
- Champion safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree in a scientific/technical field (or relevant industry experience)
- Strong background in the pulp and paper industry
- Proven ability to solve technical problems and deliver results
- Strong commercial mindset with consultative sales experience
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders
