Job Description

Senior Manager in Marketing Operations managing MarTech and pipeline growth at a cybersecurity company. Driving operational efficiency and marketing measurement across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the marketing operations infrastructure, including planning, prioritization, sprint management, and execution rhythms.
  • Connect day-to-day marketing operations to executive priorities, delivering clear visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.
  • Own marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis to guide investment decisions across all marketing channels.
  • Optimize marketing systems and tools to improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional execution.
  • Improve intake, prioritization, and resource allocation so teams stay focused on the most strategic, high-impact work.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to enhance analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance measurement in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Deep expertise in marketing metrics, attribution, pipeline analysis and ROI modeling
  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Adobe Marketo, Marketo Measure
  • Experience with Sales Tools: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong
  • Strong communicator who can translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
