Job Description
Senior Manager of Payroll & Benefits at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America overseeing payroll execution and ensuring compliance in benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processing of semi-monthly payroll
- Serve as primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and corrections
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Analyze and assess related benefit needs and trends
- Prepare and deliver clear employee communications related to benefits
- Partner with vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-8 years experience managing payroll required
- 5 years of experience with HRIS systems required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Solution-oriented; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
