Job Description

Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition overseeing recruitment strategies and pipelines for an EdTech company. Leading remote hiring processes and stakeholder collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle across roles
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
  • Source, screen, interview, and close candidates through multiple channels
  • Drive urgent and business-critical hiring requirements
  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs
  • Provide regular hiring updates and timelines to leadership
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and final selections
  • Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment agencies
  • Monitor agency performance, SLAs, quality, and timelines
  • Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3–4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in end-to-end non-technical hiring across functions
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment agencies and large-scale hiring
  • Experience handling time-sensitive and business-critical roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup
  • Understanding of the Education or EdTech talent landscape
  • High ownership, professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
