Job Description
As a Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager at Interplay Learning, you’ll execute B2B marketing strategies across multiple digital channels while optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, email, organic social, and content distribution.
- Analyze performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting messaging, channels, and budgets as needed.
- Strategically allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Vet, select, and manage third-party vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of general marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company, targeting a wide range of segments and personas.
- HubSpot experience strongly preferred (experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign also transferable)
- Experience managing paid advertising, paid social, marketing automation, email campaigns, dashboards, marketing reports.
- Strong writing skills across email, ad copy, and social media content.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
- Ability to present ideas & reporting and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with performance data.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
