Job Description

Senior Paid Social Manager developing performance marketing strategies for B2C & B2B companies. Analyzing data and collaborating with creative teams on campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies, with a focus on Meta and TikTok Ads.
  • You work deeply with the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on your findings.
  • You collaborate closely with our Creative team when producing new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
  • In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them accordingly.
  • You drive the strategic development of your clients and leverage internal resources to do so.

Requirements:

  • You have 3–5+ years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, ideally within an agency environment.
  • You possess a holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert-level knowledge in Paid Social.
  • You are strong in client communication, show empathy, and have a fast grasp of new information.
  • You demonstrate highly developed self-organization and initiative, with the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • You have experience in leading and mentoring team members.
  • You have a deep understanding of tracking and attribution.
