Job Description
Senior Performance Marketing Manager focusing on Paid Social for E-commerce brands. Developing scalable strategies and optimizing high budget campaigns for their success.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Developing scalable performance strategies to improve ROAS, POAS and CAC.
- Owning budget management and confidently scaling advertising budgets.
- Developing creative concepts together with the content team.
- Regular analysis of campaign data and strategic client consulting.
- Close collaboration with in-house copywriters to continuously improve sales psychology.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on paid social.
- Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Confident use of tracking and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, Admetrics, or comparable systems.
- Understanding of e‑commerce metrics such as margins, contribution margins, retention, ROAS, POAS and CAC and making data-driven decisions.
- Structured thinking, self-organization and the ability to manage multiple high-budget accounts.
- Leadership experience in interdisciplinary performance marketing.
