Job Description

Cisco product marketing leader driving Smart Camera positioning, launches, and enterprise adoption. Connecting intelligent video, networking, and security technologies to customer outcomes and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product marketing for Cisco Smart Cameras and integrations with wireless networking, security, assurance, cloud-managed software, and intelligent video capabilities
  • Develop positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Create demonstrations, content, executive briefing materials, website experiences, and field enablement
  • Connect technical product value to customer outcomes
  • Own product marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution
  • Drive alignment, identify gaps, resolve blockers, and structure complex or ambiguous work
  • Use product, pipeline, and marketing data to guide priorities and support launches
  • Improve adoption across executive, technical practitioner, sales, partner, and customer audiences
  • Build differentiation, improve customer understanding and purchase intent, and contribute to pipeline and portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, customer-facing teams, field and campaign marketing, communications, and digital channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, product management, sales engineering, solutions marketing, or a related role
  • Experience developing product positioning, go-to-market plans, customer-facing content, or sales enablement for an enterprise technology product
  • Preferred: Experience with Cisco Smart Cameras, Meraki Cameras, or related products in video technology, physical security, computer vision, AI-powered analytics, or IoT
  • Preferred: Experience with networking, enterprise infrastructure, cloud-managed software, or related technologies
  • Preferred: Experience leading product launches across multiple products or technical domains
  • Preferred: Experience developing differentiated product messaging and positioning across products and solutions
  • Preferred: Experience delivering technical product demonstrations, executive briefings, or customer presentations
  • Preferred: Experience creating competitive enablement and thought leadership content for technical and executive audiences
  • Preferred: Experience speaking at industry events or webinars
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
