  • Own the NordicTrack North America consumer business across retail and DTC channels.
  • Partner with Sales to drive traffic, conversion, average order value, revenue, and retention metrics.
  • Build and run full-funnel, cross-channel go-to-market strategies from demand creation through closed revenue and retention.
  • Connect brand, media, retail, merchandising, creative, site, and promotional decisions into a cohesive conversion strategy.
  • Own audience, demand, positioning, merchandising, pricing, promotion, acquisition, retention, and channel strategy.
  • Identify conversion and retention barriers and uncover root causes using performance data.
  • Monitor competitive, cultural, and consumer trends and determine strategic relevance.
  • Develop communication, product storytelling, merchandising, site, promotional, and lifecycle assets.
  • Define go-to-market timelines, channel roles, asset requirements, and success metrics.
  • Evaluate creative and site performance and serve as strategic owner of commercial quality.
  • Partner with Media, Finance, Social, Influencer, Analytics, and Sales teams on performance, economics, and execution.
  • Define and monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and contribution margin metrics, translating results into strategic adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in consumer go-to-market, retail, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or growth roles for physical products.
  • Experience owning conversion, retention, or full-funnel performance across retail and/or DTC channels.

  • Proven judgment across brand and performance contexts, including experience shaping pricing and promotion.
  • Working understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, funnel economics, margin, and ROI considerations.

  • Strong intuition for social-first creative and cultural relevance.
  • Exceptionally clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of tying brand, creative, and merchandising decisions directly to revenue and margin outcomes.
  • High ownership mindset and willingness to step in wherever needed to drive results.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
