Job Description

Director of Product Marketing leading product adoption, pricing, launches, and sales enablement. Shaping strategy for Loftware’s cloud-based supply-chain labeling platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Loftware's Product Marketing function
  • Define strategies that drive product adoption, market growth, and competitive differentiation
  • Own product positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement
  • Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer
  • Lead a high-performing product marketing team
  • Influence company strategy through customer, market, and competitive insights
  • Develop content for Marketing and Sales product promotion
  • Provide sales enablement materials including value propositions, marketing assets, use cases, customer case studies, battle cards, presentations, and demos
  • Design, plan, and execute product launches
  • Analyze competitor products and offers to inform sales training, positioning, messaging, and new product development
  • Serve as the expert on target markets, buyers, and buying processes
  • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive pricing analysis
  • Align pricing strategies with business goals and customer needs
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Provide guidance and professional development to the team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Go-to-Market experience supporting enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated ownership of strategic product marketing initiatives
  • Proven people leadership experience, including building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience influencing globally distributed stakeholders
  • Experience leading a business-critical function and contributing to departmental or company-level strategy
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive market awareness, customer adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation
  • Experience leading pricing, packaging, positioning, product launches, and sales enablement programs for complex software portfolios
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen
  • Ability to leverage market, customer, competitive, and industry insights to influence business and product strategy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
  • Ability to influence executive, technical, and commercial audiences
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution, set priorities, allocate resources, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Must be able to work in a location without visa sponsorship
