Job Description

Product Marketing Manager at RWS, managing market strategies for Transform solutions like Trados and Language Weaver. Focused on product positioning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each product and solution within the Transform offering is clearly defined, market-ready, and supported with the insight, messaging and content required to drive commercial success - across all stages of the funnel.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss interviews.
  • Monitor industry trends and translate insights into product and messaging recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas.
  • Manage product launches and releases, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful execution.
  • Lead the development of product positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with the product, services and engineering teams.
  • Define unique value propositions for different customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain strategic messaging frameworks aligned with buyer personas.
  • Work with content and demand generation teams to create thought leadership and funnel specific assets.
  • Build and maintain enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in B2B technology organization is required.
  • B2B Product Marketing experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within a mid-to-large sized corporation
  • Product Marketing experience in software, data or services
  • Prior experience working in Language Technology and Services industry
  • Experience with a global/multi-national matrix organization
