Job Description

Senior sales manager selling regulated payment and stablecoin infrastructure to FinTech and institutional clients across Europe. Owning complex B2B deals, revenue delivery, and market development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and convert a qualified pipeline across European and international markets
  • Identify prospective clients among FinTechs, payment service providers, banks, marketplaces, crypto businesses, and financial technology platforms
  • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Sell payment accounts, SEPA connectivity, stablecoin settlement, API, and white-label infrastructure around specific client use cases
  • Develop relationships with founders, C-level executives, product leaders, and other senior decision-makers
  • Structure commercially viable partnerships reflecting regulatory, technical, and operational requirements
  • Work with product, compliance, operations, and technology teams to move signed opportunities into live revenue
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem discussions
  • Share market feedback to help refine the product proposition, pricing, and commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise account acquisition
  • A proven record of selling banking infrastructure, FinTech infrastructure, Banking-as-a-Service, payments technology, or comparable financial products
  • Demonstrable success in generating new business and closing complex, high-value B2B agreements
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving commercial, product, technical, compliance, and legal stakeholders
  • An existing network within payments, FinTech, banking, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of regulated financial products and the commercial needs of institutional clients
  • Professional fluency in English, including the ability to present and negotiate with senior international stakeholders
  • A self-directed approach to prospecting, pipeline ownership, and revenue delivery
  • Nice to have: Experience selling stablecoin, blockchain, digital-asset, treasury, or crypto infrastructure
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of MiCA, EMI operations, SEPA, cross-border payments, or embedded finance
  • Nice to have: Relationships with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment platforms, banks, or institutional investors
  • Nice to have: Experience structuring API, white-label, liquidity, or platform partnerships
  • Consultative selling and the ability to translate infrastructure into clear commercial value
  • Confidence navigating technical, regulatory, and operational discussions
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgement
  • Persistence and discipline throughout complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Credibility when working with founders, executives, and institutional decision-makers
