Job Description

Senior Outbound SDR shaping outbound sales strategy at ZenRows. Join a fast-growing startup and directly impact data workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Work targeted ICP accounts using Amplemarket, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Run multi‑channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Turn warm signals (website visitors, intent data, trials) into high‑quality conversations
  • Book qualified SQLs for the AE and Sales Lead
  • Keep HubSpot clean and accurate (no ghost leads, no mystery meetings)
  • Share on-the-ground insights to help refine ICP, messaging, and sequences

Requirements:

  • Excellent English (C1+).
  • A hunter at heart: you genuinely enjoy outbound and are happiest when you are prospecting.
  • Cold‑calling confidence: you're skilled, consistent, and energized by real conversations.
  • Structured in your work: you know how to run a tight outreach rhythm every day.
  • Curious about technical products and comfortable speaking to technical buyers.
  • Responsible and self‑driven: if see something broken or missing and you fix it.
  • Comfortable being judged on SQLs, meetings, and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
  • Experience selling to developers, data teams, or technical buyers (Nice to Have).
  • Experience with sales automation tools (HubSpot, Amplemarket, Clay, etc.) (Nice to Have).
