Job Description

Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Abnormal focusing on enhancing seller ramp and performance through training and data-driven enablement. Responsibilities include coaching, designing programs, and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor new hires, in-seat sellers, and managers
  • Design, refine, and deliver enablement programs through Abnormal University
  • Partner to deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM hires
  • Use performance data and field insights to identify gaps
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Field Marketing, Channel, etc.
  • Expand just-in-time enablement by delivering best practices, content, and coaching
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify enablement gaps

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years in sales and/or a sales-supporting role
  • Experience coaching or enabling enterprise or upper mid-market sellers
  • Experience with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
  • A strong analytical mindset
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience using modern sales and AI tools
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
