Job Description
Senior Sales Enablement Manager enhancing GTM strategies for Tavily's AI platform. Focusing on sales training, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales.
- Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development
- Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation
- Develop enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and enterprise sales execution
- Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials
- Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve ramp time and sales execution
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles
- Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message preferred
- Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from 0→1
- Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution
- Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
