Job Description

Executivo Comercial managing sales strategies and developing relationships. Focused on business expansion in the event and entertainment sector in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting → closing);
  • Deliver presentations and negotiate deals of medium complexity;
  • Prepare commercial proposals with little to no supervision;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Maintain active relationships with clients and partners;
  • Support junior sales representatives (informal mentorship);
  • Recommend improvements to pitch, approach and process;
  • Analyze individual metrics and pipeline indicators.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the on-trade and events market
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales techniques
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B commercial environment
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
