Job Description
Sr Sales Representative responsible for maintaining customer relationships and sales forecasts in the BDS, Zone, JKS, and RT Pro brands. This role requires attending trade shows and traveling to engage with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing and maintaining current customer base for our BDS, Zone, JKS and RT Pro brands
- Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition
- Maintain customer files and information in database
- Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars
- Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary
- Provide sales input for quarterly strategic planning process
- Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance
- Provide input on advertising, literature and promotion materials
- Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive
- Create and maintain professional relationships with all team members and customers/prospects
- Self-motivated
- Travel is required, averaging 2 weeks per month visiting customers/prospective customers
- Trip reports are required following customer visits and events
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Sales and/or Marketing degree a plus
- At least 3 to 5 years in off-road sales or automotive industry is ideal
- Oracle ERP and Zoho CRM Experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience
